Drink Milk!

Not just for calcium but also for B12. B12 in milk is easily absorbed in to the blood stream. If you are 14 years old or older, you need 2.4 micrograms of vitamin B12 each day.

Cow’s milk (1 cup) 1.1
Yogurt (1 cup) 1.4

That means at least 2 cups of yogurt (curds) a day. Since many Indian adults don’t drink milk..

B12 helps in production of melatonin, a hormone that helps in sleeping. No wonder in the good old days people used to take warm milk before sleeping.
