Snack on a Tomato!
Add a grain of salt or sugar if you are allowed. You do not even have to slice it, you can munch on it directly!
You can look younger and prevent skin cancer at the same time.
Plus you will eat less other kinds of snacks an are bound to lose a few extra pounds.
I am going to eat another tomato.. right now….
