Onions are High in Vitamin C, Dietary Fiber, Vitamin B6, Folate and Manganese.

Onions are anti-cancer, anti-aging and anti heavy metal ions. Onions raise good cholesterol. Onions contain plenty of sulphur compounds that kill all kinds of bacteria including salmonella etc…

Quercetin in Onions helps us gaurd against many chronic diseases.

When you add onions to a dish, think I am adding minerals and helping disease prevention.

    Onions have anti- oxidants that are believed to protect from Prostate cancer and other cancers of the urinary tract.. There was a study a few years back that had revealed this finding..
