    Hi, i see some mistakes in that post.
    i think stana is not ribs but it refers to chest.
    Nadi =Naadi, cannot be nerves. it is a different concept as we were talking. it is flow of energy channel.
    Kapaal is devnagari version of Kapaala, the correct samskruta version.
